Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026 ยท Version 2026-10-11
These Terms govern your use of Tezorah Trove. "Tezorah Trove," "we" and "us" mean Aaron Sanquez, who operates Tezorah Trove as an individual. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices.
Eligibility and invitations
For eligible readers aged 13 and older. Younger readers may not create an account. Additional consent requirements may apply in your location. You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and meet any participation or location requirements presented before registration.
10ALPHA is invitation-only. An invitation is personal to its intended recipient unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Do not buy, sell, publish, transfer, guess or reuse access credentials or attempt to enter through another person's invitation. Technical access, a visible button or successful sign-in does not by itself establish admission or permission.
Using the service
Tezorah Trove helps you record books you own, scan book information, manage reading and review your collection. This external test is unfinished software. Check recognition suggestions before relying on them; you can correct or add a book manually. Copies and book matches may need review when metadata is incomplete or ambiguous. We do not promise recognition accuracy, uninterrupted operation or permanent availability.
10ALPHA is experimental. Features can change, fail or be removed; records may become unavailable or require correction or reset. Maintain your own copies of important information where practical, and do not rely on the test service as the only record of ownership, inventory, value or other essential information. No roadmap statement guarantees a release, supported category, feature, response time or continued access.
10ALPHA is currently free. These Terms do not authorize a charge or subscription. Any future paid offering would require clear pricing, payment and cancellation terms, and the agreement or authorization required for that offering before a charge. Future social, marketplace, paid membership or additional collection-category plans are not promises that those features will launch or be available to you.
Your account
Provide accurate information needed for your account and keep it current. Protect your credentials and report suspected compromise promptly after you discover it. Do not impersonate another person or share an account to bypass restrictions. You are responsible for your own actions and for use you authorize, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not automatically make you responsible for activity caused by our failure to meet a legal duty.
Use the service only for content you may upload. Avoid uploading other people's personal information in photographs, profile artwork or support screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary private information in feedback or support messages.
Your content and the service license
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit. You must have the rights or other lawful authority necessary to submit it and permit the uses described here. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain and improve its functions, address abuse and comply with law. We may allow service providers to exercise these rights only to perform those functions for us. Display and sharing must respect the audience and visibility choices applicable to the content.
The service license does not transfer ownership, authorize sale of personal information or give us a general right to license identifiable user content to unrelated businesses. It continues only for the time reasonably needed for the stated purposes, including lawful retention and backup handling described in the Privacy Policy. Rights-cleared, nonpersonal catalog facts incorporated into a shared catalog may remain usable as permitted by law. That exception does not turn a personal review, rating history or private collection into a public or anonymous contribution. A separate commercial use of protected user content outside the service license requires an appropriate separate permission.
Tezorah Trove may separately license catalog facts and other materials only to the extent it holds the necessary rights and the material is genuinely nonpersonal or lawfully deidentified. Personal information is excluded from that commercial licensing scope. A username-free review, rare collection, small-group aggregate or pseudonymous record can still identify a person and must not be assumed anonymous. We do not sell users' personal information.
Catalog entries, cover images, descriptions, classifications and identifiers can come from multiple sources and can be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant ownership, authenticity, value, completeness, suitability or rights clearance of an item merely because it appears in the catalog. You may provide corrections or feedback. We may use nonconfidential product suggestions to improve the service, but feedback is not permission to disclose your personal information or another person's confidential material. No compensation or implementation commitment arises merely from submitting voluntary feedback.
Third-party services
Links, sign-in services, catalog providers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those before providing information or using the third-party service. A link or integration does not by itself imply endorsement or a guarantee. We remain responsible for our own obligations; this provision does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us.
Ending use and deletion requests
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing ThezoraTrove@gmail.com. Identify the account and the scope of your request; do not send passwords, invitation codes or session tokens. If you cannot sign in, explain that in the request so an appropriate alternative can be considered. The Privacy Policy explains verification, retention and applicable rights.
We may limit features, remove content, suspend access or end an account when reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect people or systems, comply with law or end the test. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to seek review. Immediate restriction can be necessary for serious abuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Ending access does not eliminate accrued rights, applicable privacy rights or obligations that logically need to survive, including lawful retention and ownership.
Changes and contact
This page identifies the effective version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice, and renewed agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or supply permission for a materially different use of previously collected personal information. If you do not accept a change requiring agreement, stop using the affected service and contact us about access or deletion.
Contact Tezorah Trove at ThezoraTrove@gmail.com about these Terms, support, reports or policy questions. Mandatory rules governing jurisdiction, remedies and legal notices continue to apply.
